Hi,

I'm a full time student and I always get the munchies when I'm studying. I can have a full lunch, but after an hour of sitting down I feel a need for snacks.

Does anyone have suggestions for studying snacks? I like crunchy snacks, but don't want to have to rely on celery forever. I'm working on trying not to have a full lunch, and break it up into a few times so I can get up and have a brain break, too, but I can't guarantee that all the time.

Help!!

I'm a software developer and really used to feel the need for snacks while working. I started having green tea to distract myself and that has really worked. It takes a couple of weeks to get used to the change.

Get your self some quest bars drink some water. 1 of those bad boys followed by water should shut down your cravings in no time.

That is mindless eating that can be changed. Start by eating all your food in one place like the kitchen table. Study in a different place. If you need to eat, get up and eat at the kitchen table, focus on the food, appreciate the food, and then get up to go back to studying.
