For those of you who think it won't happen..

....it will! Yesterday I reached 10lbs down! It doesn't seem like much and I still have 24 to go but trust me when I say be patient!!
I never got any progress for over a month. All of a sudden I stopped weighing myself and just focused on the goal!!

Keep your head up and keep those feet moving!!!

    Honestly I'm not sure. I was doing everything the same and one day I looked and i was six pounds down the next few weeks i was 4 more pounds down, I seem to have hit a rut, so I'm working on getting out of it.

    You seem to be at the same point as me. 11lbs lost here, scale hasn't done much moving in the past 6 weeks, buuut, I'm working my *kitten* off and seeing my body change, so I have just come to the same conclusion last week. Keep ploughing on through it. I'm just enjoying my running and lifting, and have decided to stop weighing myself as much. 20lbs or so still to go, or whatever the equivalent inch loss will be!
