I need tips for the diet

hi, i need examples of what foods, recipes i can eat into 2,500-3,000 cal per day. Goal is gaing 15-20 lbs.
Tbh i dont know what more to eat, is hard to full all the cal per day

    I'm on 2400 and diary is open so feel free to nosy. There's not really specific food, just more of what you like.

    If you're too full, try more calorie dense options, Peanutbutter, pizza, icecream etc.
