Back at it again after 2 1/2 years and 45 pounds -----

2 1/2 years ago I ran/walked my first half marathon. It was of course a huge achievement and one I remain very proud of. But the day after the marathon, I stopped working out and stopped tracking my food or weight.... fast forward to now, I'm out of shape and up 45 pounds. So for the past 3 1/2 weeks I have been tack to tracking my food and weight - and I am down 10 pounds already. Excited to be taking care of me again and heading back toward where I felt healthy, strong and ready to race!

And yes, I know that's more weight per week then recommended, but my goal is set to 1.5 lbs/week - I think the weight was just SO ready to come off!0

I Completely understand. I lost 60lbs, picked up running, then got pregnant. I gained back 30 and I am ready to be back in pre-baby jeans! I would love to have a another friend in my feed to keep me motivated!0
