Long story short, my wife went away for 10 weeks training, I'm on day 53 of eating healthier and exercising !

My Diary is open for all food, i was more strict the first 30 days lots of veggies no carbs no pop no pastries no booze.
I'm 5'3.5
I did 30 day shred ( but only 18 days of it! Didn't even make it to level 3 my life has been so hectic!)
I also incorporated 30-60 mins of cardio.
I''m moving from NS to Alberta in 3 weeks, so in hopefully 4 weeks from now i'll be more settled into a routine and will restart 30 day shred ... also thought about starting heavy lifting not sure yet!0
