Hi, everybody
Christi, here and Id like to introduce myself... When I started this a wk and a half ago I was at 262, and my Doc told me to watch for pre-diabetes... That lit a fire under me, and I have been tracking food and exercise ever since. I had been sedentary for 7 years while I gave my life to an online golf game that I played day in and day out... Well, NO MORE!!! I was walking at the very beginning of all this, but now I'm up to Zumba and water aerobics in the same day! I am totally AMPED for this, as I have 100 lbs to lose, and I am bound and determined to see these hundred lbs GONE!! Got a membership at the Y, and just watch what Im gonna do... Looking for friends that are as motivated as I am, and maybe some that need a healthy dose of motivation because I have PLENTY enough to go around! I look forward to keeping up with yall !!! Oh, yeah, i weighed after the first week and I lost 7 lbs... WooT!
