Emotional Triggerered Eating

I was just reading an email I got from MFP. There is an article called 4 Ways to Curb Emotional Eating. It is a really great article and thought I would bring the topic of one of their tools mentioned onto this board.... What are your emotional triggers? How do you handle them? I would love some insight as well. My emotional triggers are stress, fear and boredom!! They usually come up in the evenings so to avoid snacking, I have hot tea (usually a sweet flavor) or maybe a little bit of jello. If you have any other things that work for you, please share
