Egg White Congee 299 Cal

Hi guys,
First of all I would like to thank you MyFitnessPal, I lost 3Kg in 25 days! By controlling nutrition and tracking all my activities, Today I would like to share my recipe as you see in the title.
This food I combined two different of fresh egg white and an instant egg white , if you are in Australia, it really easy to fine it from Coles , but the others you can also use raw egg white just use it the same weight in this recipe. I'll attached this recipe by picture also nutrition facts.
How to cook:
Nice and easy! :#
You just put everything into to a sauce pan on medium heat , stir until nice and creamy (reccommend use a whisk to stir), you can topping with chop shallots or fresh holy basil!

Seasoning with sea salt or 1 tsp soy sauce
Let's enjoy!!!

    Interesting - I would have never thought to make a congee with anything but rice. It does sound nice with the basil though, and high protein.

    - Yes!! It testy! I'd recommend for after workout meal! For dinner time! :D
