Hi i'm Pete from Sydney, Australia. I'm 29 and weigh about 115kgs and am around 35% bodyfat. My goal is to get lose about 10% bodyfat and to get to 100kgs. I put on about 10kgs in the past year from studying and eating too many burgers and chips and energy drinks.

My plan is to do some type of exercise for 30 mins a day 5x per week. Either walking, running, weights, an exercise dvd, stretching, yoga etc. I am starting to eat more salads and vegetables with protein and cut down on bread, cakes, soda etc.
