HELP!
I found an excellent post on how to calculate your BMI/BMR/TDEE. There were 3 url's in the post.
I've looked at so many different forums and can't find it *someone should make it an announcement*
Please post. I'm trying to help a friend. She thinks that only consuming 1200 calories will help speed up her weight loss!
