Stuff I literally can't live without: dairy that isn't milk. I can't go a day without cheese, yogurt, and/or sour cream.

I have over eating tendencies as it is, but my worst offenders are rice and pasta. I can have them in the house, but however much I cook is however much I eat.

The "I need to remove myself from this situation so I don't buy it" foods: nutella, salt and vinegar chips, hawaiian rolls.

Creamy PB for me... Cant have it in the house.. Nope... No Way... No can do... Nada. :\

I'm having a Peanut Butter in Moderation challenge for myself this week. So far there's definitely like a serving or two unaccounted for.

Started out as sugar, now it's just carbs in general. But I did lose a lot of weight a few years back. Nothing I've ever read claims maintaining after you've been obese is easy. I will now overeat even high fiber, natural foods like sweet potato. Don't even let me near trailmix!

Potato chips. I could easily polish off an entire bag in one sitting which is why I don't have them in the house.

    Chips and dip.
    Chips and salsa.

    Did I mention I love chips?! :)

Chocolate. I have a piece or two most days, but every time I eat one, I have to actively tell myself "one piece"

This is going on my no-try list. I like a drinky now and then, and I love ginger. I fear disaster!

Cheese and lots of it any kind the stronger and smellier the better, and energy drinks but I'm slowly cutting them out.

If we exclude drinks (wine), I'd go with baby back ribs. Oh how I love them, but one rack is more than my daily calories so I rarely have them.

I like having a shot of it after a heavy meal. It seems to help settle my stomach.

Cereal is..maybe not my weakness, but if I'm eating it on the regular it's my red flag that I'm not being healthy and am gaining weight. It's like my comfort/lazy food.

As a Canadian abroad, I'm happy that Nanaimo Bars aren't around either.

Too bad I just discovered a deli a few blocks away that does poutine and freshly made bagels....
