I want to be better

Iam Thirty years young, mom of four, work part time and attends online classes. Looking to loose weight but be toned. Never been small and don't want to be but would love to loose 100 pounds, I really haven't gotten into the excerise train and that my battle, don't mind eating more healthy and substituting a few thing long as my kids will enjoy. Starting slow 10-20 pounds a time would be nice. Good luck to you all :)
