In my early 50's and struggling to keep weight off. Bored with healthy meals, need new ideas. Hubby snacks a LOT, always lots of junk around.

    Welcome! You can eat anything you like and lose weight, just hit the calorie goal that MFP gave you at setup!

    Hey, and welcome to MFP. You can have snacks and 'junk' and still lose weight and get healthy. I find that if I don't allow myself some of that snack food, I end up breaking and over-eating, back-sliding until I've put weight back on. :) So I have some, but make it fit into my calorie goal for the day.     Hi mmeast, I'm in your club over 50, this a great place to be for support, I feel that I am doing so good both mentally and physically. You can do this. You can friend my if you like. I myself have just recently started as well.
