I created a group to post "mini-goals" each week and share progress. If you find that 'big picture' seems too huge, I encourage to break it down to one day or one week and give yourself some credit. Goals are established to help us focus on improvements, but it doesn't necessarily mean we will meet them. It is the trying that counts in my book.
