Gaining more weight than lost

Hi! I'm looking to find others that could help motivate me and others if need be to get eating better. I'm an emotional, and boredom eater. Been exercising but cannot find the means or will to eat less. Any feedback will be appreciated.

I find that after i train really hard i cant bring myself to eat bad food cause i get guilts.. also by having lots of good food in the house readily avalable helps... eg. Protein powder for a quick snack fix or apples bannanas. After awhile normal food starts tasting better and better.. also something like brocolli is good if your hungry... burns more callories then it gives0
