I'm in...need to loose 15 pounds but getting under 140 would be wonderful!

Currently doing Beachbody workout to tone. It's working and would work better if I would keep it up. This is my motivation.

    Sounds great!! Eat at a caloric deficit and lift heavy for you with a little cardio is all you need!! With 15 pounds to go, your goal will be harder and slower to achieve, so patience. Weigh solids and measure liquids so by the time you reach maintenance you will be good at eyeballing foods.
