I'm looking for a book on understanding
nutrition. Does anyone have any good
recommendations. thank you :)

    I ended up having to buy the textbook Understanding Nutrition for my nutrition class last semester. Quite frankly, I only used it 3-4 times that semester, and it makes a nice big paperweight now. :p
