Seeing if I fit in!

I spent the last 2 decades in the "terrible 2's". My high was around 260 and I spent some time getting and living there. I just got under 200# in the last 2 months with the help of a Runtastic Orbit, their suite of apps, and this fitness program to watch my diet.

I went from over 260# down to 220# by banning second helpings and cutting snacks but I stayed there, paunchy and feeling heavy and tired for about 10 years! This change is SO welcome. I am down to 87 kg, and that is under #200 at last. I feel so much better. It helps that I have a more physical job now, but no matter what happens I don't ever want to go back to the way I felt and felt about myself. I'm committed to dropping down to my target healthy weight.
