hi, any tips cuz I lose a little then can't seem to keep the badger off, it's frustrating me, and only way it seems to go is to not eat, grrr!!! :(

  • Hey Ian. Log your food honestly and work out consistently. Try to find a work out partner it helps a lot. Make sure what you eat it's healthy (butt don't be afraid to have a free meal every once in a while). I recommend getting a food scale that helped me a ton! I'll add you to try and support you and hopefully you can do the same for me.

    Howdo mate, how's it going, only just seen ya reply, sorry... Been logging my food daily and just joined a gym today, so from tomorrow, it's time to burn :) you're weight loss going ok chap?
