Hello, I'm Emily!
I've been using MFP for almost one year with a different account.
I joined MFP at the tail-end of my weight-loss so I've basically been using that account to maintain, and I'm happy and healthy and love this site!
I think I've become a little too complacent, however, so I'm starting this account because I'd like to to get serious about getting leaner.
I lift heavy (SS 3x5)
I am also a beginner runner
but still have a high body fat %
My problem is overeating on the weekends. So I'm giving myself a new identity so that I have a new ticker to motivate me.

DArn! how do I make my new ticker show? That's the whole point of the new account!
