Super stressed

so I recently just moved back into college and I have been having some problems with my roommate and it is all making me very stressed. I have stocked my room with all sorts of healthy foods but it seems that instead of eating like I normally would I have not been eating much at all which I know is equally unhealthy. If anyone knows something that I can do that would be great!

    Get out and exercise (natural stress reliever). Plus, get a new roommate! :D

    Sorry about your troubles. Hope things get better. It's always difficult to not allow emotions to control our eating too much. Good luck!
