Question for 30 day shreders

So I did day 1 of level 1 on Thursday, I was planning on doing day 2 on Friday, but instead I went to the gym to do a body shape class, which consist of combination of cardio with weights but last about 55 minutes.
I had my rest day yesterday and today I did day 2 of the tape. I have the opportunity of doing the same class tomorrow at the gym, The question is, should I stick to the tape? Or can I count those body shape classes at the gym as day 2 or 4. Even if I continue doing the workouts at the gym, should I do the full 10 days of each level?
