Water, spinach, raspberries or strawberries, blueberries, banana, sunflower seeds, walnuts. Very nice :-)

Lately: 1 Banana, 1 slice of pineapple with core, 1" ring of papaya, 4-5 baby carrots, 1 cup packed spinach, and a half of a beet. Yummmmmm0

Breakfast would be this or similar:
spinach, carrot, broccoli, pear, an orange. lemon or lime juice to sweeten, and flax seed oil.
(can substitute fruit and/or veg for other varieties)
or choc whey, a banana, oats, and honey, with water. (if I have a craving for something sweet, or post workout)0 -
Current trend is spinach, banana, 1/2c frozen mixed berries, and 1Tbsp. chia seeds or flax seeds. I usually top it off with unsweetened almond milk.0
