Using MFP with Carb-Cycling, Questions

Hi, are any of you using Chris Powell's carb-cycling programs? I am going to start his turbo carb-cycling program tomorrow and not sure how to handle it in MyFitnessPal. Do you just change the settings every day to match what you need to do for the carb-cycling (i.e. switch settings between low-carb days and high-carb days)? That's the only way I can think to do it. If there is a better way, please let me know. Thanks.
