I probably do not fit into any of the support groups. My name is Ringoxx, I am 79 years old, retired from the USAF with 20 years. I am 100 % disabled. I need to lose 100 pounds. I have a great Dietician whose going to work with me on this journey. The length of the journey I have no idea. If you can think of a health problem I am a poster boy for it but I am not about to give up. Anyone who wants to chat with an old man I am here.
