hey another question guys. I work as a housekeeper and when I signed up on here I put that I am on my feet for most of the day . I only get 2 half hour breaks.

my boyfriend thinks I should log it on here as exercising ... what should I do?

Your job is already accounted for in your activity level, so no. If you want to ensure what you're burning throughout the day is close to what MFP says, an activity tracker such as Fitbit may suit you.

Change your activity level to reflect your job.

If you chose "active" as your daily routine then don't log the workplace exercise as it's already included in your daily calorie target. What I did was set my routine to sedentary then I use a fitbit to count my daily steps and add the calories to my daily total.

If you log it in addition to claiming active on MFP, you're double dipping.
  • okay thank you everyone! :)
