Hi my name is Helen im 46 living in New Zealand with my partner of 5 years I have 2 grown up children from previous relationship, I stopped smoking a year ago and put on a significant amount of weight and now want to loose it . I also have 2 stepchildren with my partner. I enjoy walking ,swimming, reading and baking. Looking forward to using this site and making friends on the way.
