Well, for starters, My name is Leah, I'm 18 years young & I never really thought about living healthier or having better life (like most18 year olds.) Until about a month ago when I noticed I was getting on the chunkier side. I thought about it & I wanna start eating healthier & exercising! But I'm 18, about 5'4, & about 130 pounds, (weight goes up & down) someone who knows what they're doing please help me. Haha what would be the recommended type of diet & exercise for me considering the information I've gave you?
