Should i count Macros or Calories?

Hello people Im new to this stuff, and i want to lose some of my weight, Should i count my calories first or macros?

Start with the calories, as you'll work into your macros when you get the hang of calories.0

I personally started with macros. I didn't find it difficult at all. However I had specific body composition goals from the beginning, so that's why I chose this method. If you just want to be a skinnier version of you then choose whichever method you'd like; both ultimately come down to tracking calories, one is just a bit more methodical/involved.0
