Hi, I'm 19, 5'2 and chubby as *kitten* at 58kg, I want to drop 10kg asap! I'm lazy, I'll admit, but my weight is affecting my relationship now so I need to change. I've never tried to lose weight before, any tips.

Hey, just use this app properly. Be honest about your activity level, eat the deficit it gives you, and WEIGH all your food and log properly. You will lose.0
