Figuring Calories Burned During 30 Day Shred...

Just started doing Jillian Michaels' 30 day Shred. I want to log this for exercise of course. Anyone have experience with this routine and how did you log it?

Congrats. I am on days six level 1
The general consensus seems to be under circut training. So that's how I log it0 -
I log it under general circuit training for 25 minutes. Just remember that the reality is about half of the number that MFP gives you for calories burned.0

I highly recommend you purchase a heart rate monitor to accurately know how many calories you burn. Everyone is different.0
