Hey everyone! I have been a runner since I was in Jr. High. I can't imagine how hefty I would have gotten had I not been running all of these years. I LOVE FOOD! Good food and a lot of it. I have to change things. However, my husband I have begun just eating less and a little better and we both have seen awesome weight loss in about 7 weeks. He has lost 15 and I have lost 13. I'm just looking for some people that can help motivate me and keep me on track. I would like to lose about 15 more lbs.
