I'm very emotional and upset today. I need some positive vibes.

I've lost over 80 pounds so far. I've gone from a size 24 to a size 12. I absolutely love the way I look in clothes. Seriously, when I'm dressed, my confidence and attitude couldn't be better. However, when I'm naked, I hate myself. My body looks like a complete freakshow. It's a huge confidence killer. I know it's my own fault. I allowed myself to become and stay obese a very long time. I'm sure things will start to tighten up and look a little better over time, but ugh I hate the way I look naked.

Your body is for so much more than being looked at, so when you feel those negative thoughts just remind yourself what your body has been through and what you have accomplished. How strong and powerful you are, what you are capable of now. You deserve to take pride in that, whether you look like a cover-model or not. Moreso even, because I guarantee those covermodels haven't been through the struggles that you have (plus they have professional photo-editing teams making them look flawless)

Appreciate your body for all that it is, not just how it looks on the surface.
