Help me be strict please!!

Hey I'm Kelly. I need accountability for my eating. Please help me be strict and learn the way nutrition works. I'm a single mom of a 5 and 7 year old. I love working out. Thanks :)

    It wouldn't let me write more for some reason. I workout 1 or 2 times a day depending on time. They are half hour workouts. 21 day fix and p90x3. I have been slacking this week :( . Please help me stay on track. Eating is my downfall for the most part. I want to be lean and defined. I weigh 127 and I'm jiggly and want to get rid of that fat. Any tips and criticism is greatly welcomed :) thank you and please add me.
  • Drink lots of water, try drinking a FULL bottle of water before every meal. You'll feel quite full after that already. Sticking to a strict diet is tough, allow yourself a cheat MEAL once or twice a week to keep you going. Not sure what bf% ur trying to get to but once you see your body changing you won't need to continuously motivate yourself to eat clean. Just remember what you want to look like in the end and how disappointed you'll be at the end if you don't look that way. Remember cutting is mainly about diet. Good luck

    Thank you. I'm looking to be noticeably toned. Idk what my body fat is either not sure how to find out.
