    You both look so amazing, what an inspiration and I really needed to see this today.

    Two weeks ago I finished week 8 of Turbofire and was feeling really fab, then life got in the way, I missed the beginning of week 9 and it all went down hill from there. I have started to expand and I hate myself for it but then I saw this post and it has given the much needed boost to get back on the horse and finally sort out this weight/exercise war that has been raging in my life for the last 8 years.

    So thank you for posting this, to see how successful others have been helps so much xx
