Hi fellow Fitness Pallers. I started the pal a few months ago. I gained some weight while going to school online. Too much sitting at the desk. Fitness Pal helped me lose 10 pounds and keep it off. It keeps me honest and let's me get a realistic look at my intake and nutrition. Love the ability to log exercise too! I'm hooked!
