I have an easy time coming up with my the main meals, but I do need to be able to have small snacks a few times a day, and I need some low-cal option ideas. I tend to like crunchy and salty. Usually do tamari almonds, rice cakes with peanut butter, home made hummus with crudite. But I need more variety and preferably less than 50-75 calories each. Ideas?

I recently learned how to cut a mango, and can fit those, strawberries, and other items into my breakfast intake for around 300 calories or less.
Low cal option wise, I like to weigh out a little under 100g of avocado to make homemade guacamole. You could serve it with veggies instead of tortilla chips to save on the calories.
I usually don't have my calories so low for snacks, but if you're willing to fit in 100-150 calories per snack, your options will definitely be more varied.0
