Heather, you could add more info on your profile, such as your goals and targets. Please ask if you need any specific info. I have used no special diet, except sticking to the daily calorie target set by MFP. I have lost about 16 lbs in two months.0

Welcome. I'll add you, I'm pretty active on the app and log my food for the most part (minus last week) The key is not to deprive yourself of food but to account for everything you put in. It can be a wake up call to find out how many calories something has.0
