Hi fellow losers;) I have been a T1 diabetic since I was 3 and have Always gained my weight in the stomach area which gives me that lovely/impossible to lose muffin top. My question is what are the best foods to help diminish that fat and what foods should I definitely be staying away from? I have already cut out my diet soda habit but haven't seen a difference yet:) Thanks in advance!!

No specific foods create or burn stomach fat. You store fat there because that's where your genetic code tells your body to store it. Losing fat is like trying to dry out a sponge, you can't dry a corner while the rest of it is still wet.
Focus on appropriate eating to manage your diabetes. Fat loss will come from a calorie deficit and being active.0 -
I'm also a type 1 diabetic, and I don't believe there is a way to lose from any particular part of your body... for diabetics or not.0
