More high protein snacks or meals

does anyone have suggestions for high protein snacks or meals? I'm consistently too high on carbs ans sodium.

Prepare your meals and stop eating things that are already prepared...have less bread, grains, etc. Of course, I'm only assuming you have prepared meals as those usually contain lots of sodium. Things like ramen noodles are very bad due to their high sodium (although cheap and easy meal, not high in calories)
Have tuna as a snack? very good source of protein...there's so many other options out there so find what you like..can't think of much off the top of my head so I apologize. Check out food diary's of other users who are consistent with how you might want to eat or for meal ideas.0
