My first day on here. I work out lots but lack in my nutrition. Figured I'd try this to be accountable and see how much over I am going in calories. Just not losing the weight

  • Accountability has worked for me, keep accurate records and see where the calories are coming from
  • Watching the calories add up has made a HUGE impact on the way I eat. As long as you stay truthful in your logging, you will see very quickly what things are causing you the most problems...
