Okay friends,
I have not had a drink in almost 4 years and wonder if anyone can give me some solid advice as to how to get rid of this beer belly :s ...Is it tons of sit ups? Lots of cardio? More sleep? I have no idea how to get focused on by far the worst part of my body...
Thank you in advance!!! B)

Okay, beer belly will only go away with fat loss. That is first and foremost through changing your diet.

So 1) start logging all your intake
    2) get a food scale so that you are accurate with 1

Sounds like you need to start with the basics.

No, no, and yeah sleep is important enough. Eat at a deficit. I've lost my belly and don't think I've done a single sit up, and extremely minimal cardio. (I do hanging leg raises though, but that's a different story).

Can't spot reduce. You just have to lose fat. Luckily as a dude, that usually is where it comes off first.

I went from a huge belly to working on my 2 pack of abs. Not a single sit up.

Beer belly will prob be the last of your body fat to go and it shrinks slowly but as someone stated earlier, count your calories accurately by using a scale. You should also look to eat food that doesn't contain too much preservatives. You really don't need to do cardio but it helps the process a lot. do a mixture of cardio and weight training... I'm still in process of losing stomach fat but it's gone down a lot from where I started and I'm close to having a flatter stomach and that will bring me to my next goal of getting a six pack :P

    Good luck!

    Calorie Deficit.

    Nothing more. Nothing less.

It is guaranteed to work and it is the only thing that will work.
