Reducing Carbs and Sugars

So, in looking at my food tracker I am noticing that my sugars and carbs are all coming from my fruits and whole grain cereal (usually dry cheerios)... and if I'm being honest the ONE soda I allow myself everyday. I know I can omit soda completely to save a TON of carbs and sugar...but should I also reduce my fruit intake to save on carbs and sugar? How do I find the right balance?

Take a look at this thread. There is quite a bit of good information about good sugar vs bad sugar.

Thank you Evan...that was very helpful. I also found the below topic thread to be super helpful! I guess I should have searched and read a little more before I posted my question. Thanks for the help.

No problem at all. FIrst instinct is always to ask the question while it's fresh in your head. Nothing wrong with that. It only came to mind because I was reading it last week. : )0
