I have been suffering from major leg cramping. The medics have no Idea what to make of it and I have tried various remedies (mustard, vinegar, tonic water, stretching, leg cramp over the counter meds, heat, cold.) I have cut way back on my salt intake and have been drinking a lot of water. I am open to suggestions. Thank you

Potassium? I actually thought salt or tissue salts may have helped??0

I get horrific leg cramps if I don't get enough magnesium and potassium. Try Calm, it's a powder you mix with water. If I drink it while I'm cramping, it's gone in half an hour. If I have a bit every few days (or take Pure Encapsulations Muscle Cramp/Tension Formula), I don't get them at all. Beware too much magnesium, it will give you the runs... which is better than leg cramps. Everything in moderation!0
