I would recommend getting a personal trainer for a few sessions. If you don't want to spend the money on one than you should use google to find an exercise plan. Most will post videos on how to do the exercises.

First, congratulations for getting started! I agree with bren3jet, that you’d benefit from a personal trainer showing you how to do the movements correctly and getting you on a solid program. Make sure your trainer is certified and that they listen to you as much if not more than talk to you (at least at the beginning). They should find a program that meets your needs and to do that, they need to understand your goals, constraints, concerns, etc.

After you pick up some knowledge and skills (proper lifting technique), you can choose to go on your own. But get guidance so you don’t injure yourself or fall short of the goals you have for your fitness.

    Enjoy!
