Week one results

First weigh in since I started eating clean and working out again, just 7 days ago. I am down 15lbs!!!! I am super stoked with my 1st week results! Doubt I'll top that in week 2, but as long as I reach my overall goal in good with it :)

    that is pretty good, even for a guy. i think i lost ten pounds my first week. fair warning, that kind of loss tapers out pretty quickly.

    Oh Ya it does! That was probably 90% water loss. Now it's time to start trimming some fat lol

    wow thats fab, i was 8ld down this week which is my first and very pleased, think i would have fainted at 15ld. Well done

    Great job! I've always dropped it fast at first. I'm usually a maniac and go full steam ahead. I forget I'm not 18 no more lol
