Starting In Uk

Hi looking for friends in uk..and the world....
I've been using my fitness pal for a few yrs with another account but I've decided to start over...I lost weight, 3 stone and was 1 stone off my goal. Then a lot of stress entered my life and I put the weight back on and stopped using MFP. Now I'm back, I cut down my smoking in October and was just smoking when I had a drink which was Friday & Sat nights. I was worried about my weight without cigs, so I started to watch my calories, not to lose weight but to maintain my weight..My New Years resolution was to lose weight and give up smoking....so here I am, bring it on...

    Hi Im from Staffordshire and been using MFP for 12 months over 60 pounds down so far but still have a lot of work to do. Happy to have new friends
