I have found the best diet is no diet at all0

Eating healthy for life!
Embrace nutritious rich foods
Restrict nutritious poor foods (an occasional portioned indulgence is fine but if you're unable to indulge in proper portion then find healthier versions)
It's really that simple
People just make the process more difficult because so many has this romance or sentimental & emotional connection, & dependency with food.0 -

It's not hard to lose weight, but you have to do what works, and not fiddle around.
The best diet is one that is right for you.0 -
Op, for me i started off with the lose 2 pounds per week target and it left me hungry. i quickly changed it to lose 1 pound per week. I also included at least 20 mins exercise a day and ate some of my exercise calories back. I haven't given anything up, just trying to eat in moderation. The process is simple. some of us just make it hard by not sticking to the targets. good luck.0

Eat the calories MFP sets for you! Any food is good, in moderation. So while it's important to load up on nutrient-rich food, it's certainly okay to indulge on the foods you love if it fits in your day (I do it all the time ).
Going back to my first point - track your calories properly. I don't have a food scale and I have had success without one. But I do analyze every package/food item I eat (not to obsession) and I record everything I put in my mouth down to the seasonings I put on my food. It all adds up!
Don't rush it! Results are not going to happen over night.
Take pictures and measure - both of these are much more accurate in judging how your body is changing than a scale!
Stay positive You are going to have good days and bad days. The important thing is to keep going after those bad days!0 -
OP it's not difficult all you have to do is weigh your food and log it everyday good days and bad days log it all and be honest. Also try this it works.
