calories

Good morning, I am new to the challenges and I am having a challenge eating the number of calories each day, should I be concerned about this in affecting my weight loss?
Does anyone else have this issue?

    I have a bad habit of going over slightly each day.

    IMHO, counting the calories is more about being more thoughtful about what you're eating, and reminding you to not only intake less if possible, but also to be more active when you can.
