I have been in the military for 19 years and I just did a right side hip replacement about six weeks ago I have been cleared to do upper body exercises so running is no longer an option. I am super motivated just seeing what I can do with this new issue.

You will get back in the swing of things, just listen to your body & take it one day at a time
I used to run but joint issues & an injury to my neck/back kind of put an end to that. I was in very bad shape for a while from the injury but over the last year or so i have really made a lot of progress, and these days i am in pretty good shape. There are certain things i avoid so as not to aggravate the old injury, but but for the most part i seem back to "normal" now.
good luck to you, and feel free to add me if you would like some more friends along the way0 -
thank you0
